The polishing process is performed with the application of mop felt in our existing lathes. The roughness at the end of the grinding is about 1.5 - 2.0 (Rz).
What is polishing?
Polishing is briefly given to shining metals. Polishing starts with a rough abrasive in the first stage and a thinner abrasive is used until the desired surface is obtained at each subsequent stage. Polishing eliminates surface defects such as rough, pit, hole, line and scratches.
